wildcat's song

wild cats are wild animals, but they also have their own way of living, right? This poem is a celebration of that wild side of being. The imagery of unwavering strength in the face of chaos — it’s hard to pin down, but I think every wild cat is searching for its own path in this world.

bone and thread, they wear them all day, no matter what happens. They are not waiting for someone else to fall; instead, they stand tall and proud, their tails never curving back — it's that simple. It’s like wild animals are living their most authentic lives in this messy world.

But then again, they don’t have all the answers. They’re just trying to figure out how to survive in a land where everything is uncertain and unknown. You can say you want something — but if you ask them for it, they may not give it back.

torture and pain are their own thing, I suppose. They never look at you; they focus on the world around them. They laugh when no one’s laughing, they scratch themselves with no real need for a partner — that’s their way of saying “I don’t know what to do with you anymore.”

but then again, it doesn’t have to be with anyone else. It can be alone in this wild landscape, the sound of rocks crashing through the wall, the rustle of leaves beneath your feet — that’s enough for me.

it’s a weird kind of thing, I suppose. wild cats are both wild and kind, but sometimes they just want to make their own rules. they don’t ask for help, they take it all on themselves.

but you can see the truth in them — they’re just not like any other animal. they don’t follow a routine of waiting for someone else; instead, they choose their own path, and that’s what makes them so special.
