a week's military training began at the end of last week. We were looking forward to seeing the results, but today was very different.

During the training, each student contributed their best effort. Some days we drilled for six hours straight, and it was incredibly hot!

sweat seeped into our skin as we worked hard to meet the high standards expected of us. But in the end, we felt proud and happy.

Our classmates from different universities even greeted each other, sharing memories of countless hours of training together.

Whether military training is still necessary for freshmen has become a heated topic in China recently. Some people maintain that it is not and should be canceled. For one thing, military training is nothing but kind of torture, causing horrible sudden death time and again.

For another, the training seems ineffective since most students resume their idling lifestyles at the end of the training.

However, other people believe that military training is a must for today’s spoiled youth. First of all, it makes them more likely to persist instead of escaping in face of hardships.

Secondly, the self-discipline and teamwork spirit students develop are invisibly valuable wealth for their future. Last but not least, it provides a good chance for students to learn more on military and broaden their horizons.

Generally, I agree with those advocating for military training. However, I insist that some training programs should be modified or carried out carefully. For example, when trainees have to stand for hours in the hot sun, trainers and teachers should watch closely their physical conditions to prevent the tragedy of sudden death from happening.

It's really a tiring day today!

All of us gathered at the square at 7 o'clock but quickly noticed it was way too hot. As soon as I got there, I felt the air temperature is higher than yesterday. I think it'll be a very tough day!

Our first task is to practice the shooting skills. First, the commander talked to us about the right gesture then he bent down and set an example to us after that we began to practice the shooting gestures by ourselves. And he went about to correct us if we didin't do well after a while all of us passed the commander's test.

At about ten, we had to practice walking. All of us were sweating greatly how could I stay steady?

Even though I'm very tired I'm very happy because I have strengthened my will which will be very useful in my future life.

It is no doubt that the military training is a unforgotten experience just for it is very hard. although it gave us so many pain but as a saying goes no pain no gain. i want to say, i didn't regret to join this training.

just like the most students i was excited and worried before the beginning, i was worried about i can't do it well so that the military officer punish me and i afraid that i can't eat and sleep well however the officer is very friendly, although he always pretend to be very strict to us and sometimes he punished us with different means but he never forgot to remind us of dressing more in case of getting ill. in spare time he will play and talk with us friendly all of us were very happy to enjoy this times his warmth smile will remind our heart all the time we got along well with each other and had our meals together silently but it make us feel warm!

by this training i learned a lot realized that i should smile to everyday rather than complaining.

the new term began with military training in August. It's popular that most of Chinese colleges and high schools hold military training for several days or more. Why was military training held by all kinds of schools in China? I didn't understand exactly but it's said the honor and glory culture passed from generation to generation.

Last month i took part into military training also oh my god! It's rather a painful and unforgettable memory. The strong sunshine and be controledfor a long time during military training. All of us were sweating greatly how could I stand up walk and run all of us almost no rest time was sufficient for resting.

Maybe some students would protest if they were forced to take part in military training but in my opinion military training arranged by college is not only a lesson that students in college must deal with but also a chance for students in college who came from different cities to get know each other and help each other. In spite of i didn't like it!
